On Wednesday 23rd February 2022, in partnership with Pensions for Purpose, the Impact Investing Institute hosted an event exploring the role of asset managers in place-based impact investing.
The Impact Investing Institute provided an introduction to place-based impact investing and the key issues, challenges and opportunities this approach presents.
This was followed by a discussion, chaired by Pensions for Purpose, on asset managers’ experiences of investing in place and the conversations they have had with asset owners.
This event is one of three stakeholder discussions following on from the publication of the Place-Based Impact Investing White Paper by The Good Economy, the Impact Investing Institute and Pensions for Purpose.
