Ipsa joined the Institute in October 2024 as a Programme Coordinator in the Challenge Lab. Her work is focused on promoting place-based impact investing by developing an enabling environment for a community of investors, local organisations, and innovators to drive improved social and environmental outcomes in communities across the UK.

Ipsa developed an interest in impact investing while doing a Master of Public Administration at the London School of Economics and Political Science, where she explored innovative financing options to address rising threats from climate change in urban landscapes.

Before this, she worked with organisations in South Asia and Sub-Saharan Africa across communications, research, and advocacy teams to advance rights-based approaches to adolescent and youth sexual and reproductive health and rights.

Outside of work, Ipsa enjoys cooking, crocheting gifts for her friends, and geeking out on policy podcasts.
