Olivia is a Trustee Director and Chair of the Governance and Nominations Committee of ShareAction and a Managing Partner of Collington Capital. Previously, Olivia served as a Managing Director of JP Morgan and later as a non-executive Director and Chair of various Board Committees for Virgin Money, Investec, Aon, Canada Life, Royal London and the London International Financial Futures Exchange. Olivia was also a non-executive Director of the Financial Reporting Council and a Senior Adviser and member of the Regulatory Decisions Committee of the Financial Services Authority.
